The machine adopts touch screen computer and PLC, control system, servo motor feeding of Chinese products brand, with fast bag making, accurate sealing and cutting precision, not easy to stretch, high stability, photoelectric tracking, automatic counting, arbitrary setting of length and number, automatic alarm stop or restart and other functions.

The cutting tool structure of the machine adopts the spring knife adjustment mode, which is convenient to adjust the tool.

The heating adopts automatic constant temperature system, which automatically stops when the temperature difference is set, mainly solves the defective rate caused by the temperature difference, and makes the bag sealing firm, smooth and beautiful.

The unwinding mechanism adopts the analog discharging system, frequency conversion speed regulation, and the function of one-key synchronization with the host, and the feeding is stable.

The main features of this machine are iron plate 10mm/12mm structure frame, the principle of synchronous rubber roller servo drive, hot knife pressure type with knob to adjust the pressure value, base heating, hot knife and base closed up and down to make the film not easy to stick with the hot knife, etc., hot pressing and cutting knife are with air blowing cooling and feeding, hot knife with cold pressing shape knife in front. When the hot wire is still hot and not solidified, the cold press molding knife flattens the hot wire and plays a cooling and molding effect.

The whole machine running speed control system adopts independent servo motor control, the advantage is that first of all, the speed can be increased, and secondly, especially when the production of M organ bag, keep the temperature unchanged, the computer control increases the pressure of the iron knife to promote the bag heat seal more thoroughly and firmly, and the bag is not easy to be burned under high temperature
